REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
E-911 ROAD SIGNS REPLACEMENT
WASHINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA
The County of Washington, Virginia is currently accepting proposals from qualified contractors for replacement of E-911 road name signs throughout Washington County, Virginia, with the exception of the incorporated towns in the County. The contract will include materials and services for installation of signs and may also include repair and replacement for duration of the comprehensive installation project.
An invitation for proposals packet containing instructions, qualifications, and specifications may be obtained by contacting the Department of Budget & Finance at 1 Government Center Place, Suite A; Abingdon, Virginia 24210; or phone 276-525-1310.
A mandatory informational meeting regarding the project will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday May 31, 2016, in the Board of Supervisors Auditorium at 1 Government Center Place, Abingdon, Virginia 24210.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 3 p.m. on June 7, 2016.
Proposals must be made using specified proposal forms. Proposals received after the deadline, postmarks notwithstanding, shall be rejected.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
