Due to local, state, and federal Declarations of Emergency regarding COVID-19/Novel Coronavirus and in accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Centers for Disease and Prevention Control (CDC), the Commissioner of the Revenue’s office will NOT be ADMITTING taxpayers into the office.

State Income Tax Returns may by submitted by using the secure drop box located out front at the Government Center Building.

Personal Property Declarations may by submitted by using the same drop box; by emailing to commissioner@washcova.com; by faxing to (276) 676-6530; or by mailing to Commissioner of the Revenue, 1 Government Center, Suite C, Abingdon, VA 24210.
